Synopsis
They vary from making a change in your self-image ("say 'I'm OK' aloud"), to becoming enterprising ("don't procrastinate; set the date!"), to mastering time ("prepare for tomorrow today"), to building connections ("look for good qualities in people you dislike"), to enhancing your ability to simply be happy ("be curious about things around you", "keep a Happiness Diary").

Editorial Review
A practical self-help book for reaching dreams by starting with small changes in our daily life. Tanaka's positive outlook on life is inspiring and uplifting. Some of her tips may remind you of your mom (don't oversleep, brush your teeth, wash the dishes). But what the author is trying to teach us is a basic attitude towards life: get up early in the morning and start working.
A do-nothing who can't be bothered to tidy up the house won't be able to make a dream come true. Her invigorating principle is that if you can cope with daily chores, you can gear yourself up to win your dream.
Coupled with this "get down to it" approach is her positive attitude towards people. Tanaka knows the value of friends; net-surfing is all very fine, but in-person friends can give you spot-on information and something more. Smile at your enemies, and then you just might start liking them. Her unfaltering positive voice will guide readers through uncertainties and anxieties on the way to their dreams.
