Editorial Review
Everybody knows how you can make yourself unpopular; bear grudges, envy others, always make excuses for yourself, and so on. So it must be quite easy to make yourself popular, you might think - we only have to do the opposite. But somehow it's harder than it should be. You know very well that a nice person would never ever take it out on some unfortunate person who just happens to be around when you're feeling stressed out - but well, you're at the end of your tether, and he's just there beside you, looking provokingly innocent. And there you go again. Sato has something to say here: get up half an hour earlier in the morning and have a quiet time to yourself. Make a cup of tea, sit down on sofa. And just relax. You'll have a peaceful and productive day at work. "Finding your inner beauty" or "true self" might sound vague and evasive, but this book shows you concrete steps how to do so. You'll be a perceptive, feeling, honest, personable, friendly, confident, positive and kind-hearted person that it's near impossible not to like, when you're through with this book.
