Editorial Review
I Lost Weight After I Stopped Dieting, by Matsuriko Natsume, is a reverse-diet book: it tells not to go on a diet if we want to lose weight. In this book, she helps us to come to our senses and leads us to the right understanding of dieting and the workings of our bodies. The author's writing is practical and friendly while her accounts are logical and convincing without being technical.
