See Your Entire World in a Single Notebook (Tentative title)

Synopsis

See Your Entire World in a Single Notebook

»» Author's

»» Publisher

Many people think organization of information means classification and arrangement, but these actually lead to systems that can't be maintained or used. In order to really utilize information, it should be collected in one place and written down in chronological order rather than being classified.
If done in this way, all information will definitely be "there," in one notebook. Information can also be looked up in one try, much like the retrieval system used in computers.
Complex information systems cannot be maintained or used. For anyone who has unsuccessfully tried to use books based on public information organization methods, pocket books methods, or intellectual production methods, this book introduces a method of information management which is "simple," for everybody," "doable" and "low-tech."

About the Author

Okuno was born in Osaka in 1981. Since graduation from college, he has been working as a reporter for trade journals dealing with the environment and transportation, and also contributing articles and photography for magazines and other publications. While writing business articles using data gathered from organizations and businesses, he encountered struggles in organizing data and drafting manuscripts; even his research into effective information systems became unmanageable. He aimed for a "medium of communication" to convey the essence of meaning from receiver to reader, and believed this know-how could be beneficial in other businesses too. This book is Okuno's debut work.
